What are the Payment modes to buy Premium Subscription

Android- You can purchase the premium subscription using the given modes of payment: UPI, Net Banking, Credit Card, and Debit Card. iOS- You can purchase the premium subscription using Apple Wallet only. Web - You can purchase subscription using UPI.

I paid for a subscription via Apple Wallet, but it's not working.

Occasionally this happens on Apple Wallet created accounts, so we've implemented an easy fix right into the app for you. Here's what to do:​ Sign in with the same Apple ID you used to purchase your subscription and try the following steps (preferably do this on an iOS device you would have originally purchased this subscription from, if you still have access to it) Open Kuku FM app >Settings > Restore Purchase (Subscription) The app will show you the exact email ID / phone number you have subscribed with. After this, you can sign out from the Kuku FM app and sign in correctly with the correct ID. ​ *Please note: Restore Purchase will only work with subscriptions bought via Apple Wallet*.

I need refund for my annual premium plan purchase

For new subscription purchases, you can cancel and request a refund within 24 hours if you are unsatisfied. The refund will be processed within 8-11 working days and returned to your original payment method. For auto-renewal purchases, you can cancel and request a refund within 3 days if unsatisfied with our service. Request Invoice

To get an invoice for your transaction, kindly open the message that you have received on your WhatsApp from KUKUFM. Kindly reply "Receipt" on the same message to receive the receipt for your subscription. Android users can follow the steps below: Open the Kuku FM app > Go to Settings > Click on Premium Settings > Click on Download Invoice > Choose to download it or send it to your email.

How many devices can be accessed on one Premium Subscription

The Monthly Premium Plus Plan (Family plan) allows usage on up to 4 devices, whereas the Monthly and Annual Premium Plans are limited to a single device each. Note : Use your registered email ID or phone number to login in multiple devices"
